LARGE FORMAT / OUTDOOR PRINTING

Mesh Digital
Printing.

Large graphics for scaffolding, fences and building façades.

Printed mesh combines a visible campaign surface with a perforated structure that lets air pass through the material. We plan the print, finishing and installation details around the site.

THE MATERIAL

What is a printed mesh banner?

Mesh banner is a perforated print material used for large-format graphics. The small openings allow some airflow through the surface, making it a practical option for many exposed outdoor locations when the material, fixings and supporting structure are correctly specified.

A mesh graphic can carry branding, a campaign image or project information across temporary structures and façade areas. Print dimensions, panel joins and the finishing method are reviewed against the installation site rather than assuming one standard size fits every project.

WHERE IT WORKS

From construction sites to campaign spaces.

The original page highlights building wraps, scaffolding, fence banners and hanging promotional graphics. Selected indoor retail and event displays can also use mesh when its perforated appearance suits the design. Each setting calls for its own mounting and artwork plan.

01 / BUILDING

Façade coverings

Large graphics for temporary exterior coverage, planned around panel size, viewing distance and fixing points.

02 / SCAFFOLDING

Site wraps

Branded printed panels on suitable scaffolding structures, subject to site and structural approval.

03 / PERIMETER

Fence banners

Promotional messages for site fences, event boundaries and temporary advertising areas.

PRINT & VISIBILITY

Designed to read from the right distance.

Mesh differs from a solid banner because the printed face has openings. Colour, artwork contrast and viewing distance therefore need attention during file preparation. Large shapes and clear typography help the image read at the intended scale.

Boran Reklam coordinates the substrate and print process for the application. The previous page describes outdoor use, easy cleaning and bright colours; actual appearance and service life depend on the chosen material, exposure, maintenance and installation conditions.

FINISHING & FIXING

A large print needs a sound fixing plan.

Edges and eyelets

Reinforced edges and eyelets can make a mesh panel easier to tension, mount and remove. Their placement must suit the banner size and the supporting frame. The earlier page described 250 mm spacing along the top and 500 mm along the bottom as an example; the final spacing is confirmed for the actual site.

Panels and protection

When a graphic exceeds practical material or transport dimensions, it can be produced in sections with planned joins. Any protective treatment or special finishing mentioned in the original content should be specified according to material compatibility and the project requirements.

FROM FILE TO INSTALLATION

Plan the graphic for the space.

01

Review the site

Confirm dimensions, exposure, viewing distance, support structure and installation access.

02

Prepare the artwork

Set the scale, panel divisions, safe margins and legibility for the planned display distance.

03

Finish and fit

Agree the reinforcement, eyelets and fixing method before print production and site installation.
