RETAIL FABRIC GRAPHICS

Graphics That Change with Your Campaigns.

Fabric graphics offer a clean, contemporary alternative to traditional printed panels and adhesive graphics. Lightweight, visually seamless and easy to update, they are widely used across retail stores, showrooms, exhibitions, offices and illuminated brand environments.

At Boran Reklam, we produce fabric graphics for aluminium frames, Silicone Edge Graphics systems, freestanding displays, wall-mounted applications and backlit lightboxes. Every project is evaluated around its display type, lighting condition, viewing distance, artwork requirements and installation environment.

Whether you need one large showroom wall or hundreds of store-specific graphics, we coordinate printing, finishing, silicone-edge sewing, quality control, packing and delivery around the project requirements.

Keep the frame in place and replace only the fabric graphic for the next collection, launch or promotion.

HOW SEG WORKS

What Is Silicone Edge Graphics?

Silicone Edge Graphics, commonly known as SEG, combines a printed textile graphic, a precisely sewn silicone strip and a compatible aluminium frame. The edge is pressed into the frame channel, applying even tension across the surface with no visible front fixings.

01

Technical Artwork

Files are prepared for the visible area, bleed, fabric behaviour and silicone-edge position.

02

Fabric Printing

The fabric and print method are selected for the application, lighting and visual requirements.

03

Silicone Sewing

The edge is sewn around the perimeter according to the frame profile and finished size.

04

Frame Fitting

The graphic is inserted from the corners and tensioned evenly across the aluminium frame.

05

Campaign Update

The frame remains in place while the fabric graphic can be removed and replaced.

PRINT TECHNOLOGY

Choosing the Right Fabric Print Method.

The print process affects colour appearance, fabric feel, lighting performance, durability and production speed. There is no single best method: the correct choice depends on the textile, the display system and the final viewing conditions.

FAST CURING

UV Fabric Printing

UV inks cure immediately with light and can be used on selected coated or display-oriented textiles.

Advantages

  • Strong surface colour and sharp detail
  • Fast curing and efficient production
  • Suitable for selected coated fabrics

Consider: Ink sits closer to the textile surface. Fabric softness, stretch and backlit behaviour must be tested for the chosen material.

FLEXIBLE PRODUCTION

Latex Fabric Printing

Water-based Latex inks are suitable for compatible coated textiles and many indoor display applications.

Advantages

  • Good colour for indoor retail graphics
  • Useful for mixed-media campaigns
  • Practical for selected coated textiles

Consider: Compatibility and finish vary by fabric. Backlit and tension-frame materials require assessment.

POLYESTER SOFT SIGNAGE

Dye-Sublimation Printing

Heat converts the dye into gas so it bonds within polyester fibres through direct-to-textile or transfer production.

Advantages

  • Vibrant colour and fine detail
  • Soft and flexible fabric feel
  • Highly suitable for SEG systems

Consider: The process requires polyester or a polyester-coated textile and controlled heat fixation.

BACKLIT FABRIC GRAPHICS

Designed for the Lightbox—not Only the Printer.

A successful backlit graphic depends on the relationship between fabric weight, print density, ink behaviour, LED spacing, frame depth and artwork design. These factors are reviewed together to reduce hotspots, insufficient black density and unexpected colour shifts when illuminated.

built for complex retail projects

IN-HOUSE PRODUCTION

From Print File to Finished SEG Graphic.

A small error in size, sewing alignment or silicone-edge position can affect tension and corners. Production is therefore planned around the finished frame system—not only the printed image.

01

Prepress

Visible area, bleed, frame data and artwork variations are checked.

02

Print

The fabric and method are selected for light, use and visual objective.

03

Finish

Graphics are cut and sewn to the specified frame profile.

04

Quality Control

Print, dimensions, colour, sewing and final fit are reviewed.

05

Pack

Graphics are labelled by store, frame or installation sequence.

RETAIL APPLICATIONS

Designed for Retail, Showrooms and Branded Spaces.

Fabric graphics can scale from a single campaign frame to coordinated systems across an international retail network.

Retail Campaign Frames

Colourful water slides manufactured with UV-printed industrial fabric and polyester resin

UV-Printed Fabric for Water Slide Manufacturing

We produce specialist industrial fabric graphics for water slide manufacturers using UV printing technology. The custom-printed fabric is designed for integration into the slide manufacturing process, where it is applied to the slide surface and encapsulated using polyester resin. This process allows colours, patterns and themed graphics to become part of the finished water slide structure, creating durable and visually distinctive surfaces for water parks and aquatic attractions.

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION

Accurate Fitting. Even Tension.

Correct installation helps fabric graphics sit evenly within the frame, keeps corners clean and ensures the final visual is tensioned as intended. Planning can include frame inspection, access, sequencing and electrical coordination for lightboxes.

  • Frame assembly

  • Backlit installation
  • Site coordination

  • Fabric fitting
  • Graphic replacement
  • Final quality check

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Fabric Graphics & SEG, Explained.

Answers to the questions brands, agencies and retail teams commonly ask before starting a fabric graphics project.

What are Silicone Edge Graphics?2026-09-04T16:38:41+03:00

SEG graphics are printed textiles with a silicone strip sewn around the perimeter. The edge fits into a compatible aluminium frame channel to create a smooth, tensioned surface.

Can SEG graphics be changed for new campaigns?2026-09-04T16:38:23+03:00

Yes. The frame can remain installed while the fabric graphic is removed and replaced for a new campaign, launch or seasonal collection.

Are fabric graphics suitable for lightboxes?2026-09-04T16:38:01+03:00

Yes. The fabric, print method, ink density and lightbox construction should be assessed together to achieve an even illuminated appearance.

What is the difference between UV, Latex and dye-sublimation?2026-09-04T16:37:42+03:00

The processes use different ink and curing technologies. Dye-sublimation is especially suited to polyester soft signage, while UV and Latex can suit selected coated display fabrics. The choice depends on material, lighting and application.

Can you produce different sizes for multiple stores?2026-09-04T16:37:15+03:00

Yes. Graphics can be produced from store-specific frame data and organised by location, artwork version and quantity before packing.

What information is required for a quotation?2026-09-04T16:36:54+03:00

Please provide frame dimensions or profile data, whether it is illuminated, artwork requirements, quantity, store count, delivery destination and timeline.
