Digital Flatbed Cutting
Our Qcut digital flatbed cutting system is used to process compatible sheet and roll materials with computer-controlled precision. Accurate cutting, routing and finishing help components fit correctly during lightbox assembly and support repeatable results across multi-store production batches.

Powder-Coated Aluminium Profiles

Packaging is planned according to the dimensions, profile structure, graphic type and delivery method of each lightbox. Large or sensitive components can be protected with tailored internal supports and reinforced wooden crates for road, air or sea transport.
For multi-store projects, every package can be identified by country, city, store number, frame position or installation sequence. This helps the correct components reach the correct location and simplifies handling for local installation teams.

SEAMLESS & REPLACEABLE
SEG Fabric Graphics Designed Around Light.
SEG graphics are finished with a silicone strip that fits directly into the aluminium channel, creating a smooth, frameless display surface without visible fixings.
When the campaign changes, the fabric face can be replaced while the frame and LED system remain in place—ideal for seasonal promotions and frequently updated retail environments.
