THE PROJECT

Boran Reklam delivered the complete signage project for a Coldwell Banker storefront, managing every stage from technical planning and manufacturing to on-site installation.

The fascia system combined aluminium composite cladding with dimensional white acrylic lettering, creating a clean architectural frame for the brand’s blue and white visual identity.

Two coordinated signs were manufactured and installed across the storefront to maintain consistent visibility from different approach angles.

THE CHALLENGE

The fascia needed to span the storefront with a straight, controlled geometry while supporting the composite cladding and dimensional lettering.

The visible surfaces required clean folds and accurate joints, while the 20 mm acrylic letters had to be positioned consistently across the blue sign face.

The completed units also needed to be engineered for secure transport, site handling and accurate installation above the existing storefront awnings.

BORAN REKLAM’S SOLUTION

Boran Reklam engineered and manufactured the complete fascia units in-house, bringing structural fabrication, precision composite processing, acrylic lettering, assembly, finishing and installation into one coordinated project workflow.

ENGINEERED SIGN CONSTRUCTION

The aluminium composite material was groove-routed on Boran Reklam’s Qcut digital cutting system. This enabled the panels to be folded accurately and formed into the clean-edged fascia geometry.

Inside the cladding, an aluminium box-section framework provided the strength and dimensional stability required for the installed sign.

The construction method combined a lightweight exterior finish with a rigid internal structure suitable for long-term storefront use.

FROM LETTERING TO INSTALLATION

The Coldwell Banker lettering was produced from 20 mm white acrylic and bonded directly to the composite sign face. Its dimensional depth gave the brand clear definition against the blue background without requiring an illuminated letter system.

Once the fascia units were completed and checked in the workshop, Boran Reklam managed delivery and installation at the storefront.

The finished result aligned the structure, composite surfaces, acrylic lettering and brand panels within one consistent architectural presentation.

The completed signage gives the Coldwell Banker storefront a clear and consistent presence across both sections of the façade.
