Working with a retail agency, Boran Reklam delivered a large-scale Decathlon rollout covering eight European countries.
More than 150 double-sided, self-standing lightboxes were manufactured as complete illuminated display units. Each unit was quality checked, individually protected, identified for its destination country and prepared for multi-country distribution.
The project combined centralized manufacturing with market-specific packing and labelling so the same retail display concept could be deployed consistently across every destination.

THE CHALLENGE
Production Consistency Across 150+ Units and Eight Destinations.
The challenge was not simply to manufacture a high volume of lightboxes. Every unit needed consistent construction, illumination and visual presentation while being assigned to the correct European destination.
More than 150 finished displays had to be checked, individually packed and labelled by country. A sorting error at this scale could create delays later in the logistics chain.
The project required production control to continue through packing, identification and final dispatch preparation.
BORAN REKLAM’S SOLUTION

Boran Reklam organized the project as one controlled production and packing operation. Every lightbox followed the same workflow from manufacturing through final dispatch preparation.
BACKLIT GRAPHICS PRODUCTION
Consistent Colour Across More Than 150 Illuminated Displays.
The forest and night-sky visuals were produced as large-format backlit fabric graphics designed for illuminated retail presentation.
Centralized printing helped maintain colour consistency, image quality and finishing standards across more than 150 individual lightboxes prepared for eight markets.
LED LIGHTBOX MANUFACTURING
A Repeatable Lighting System for Every Display.
The freestanding units were manufactured as complete double-sided illuminated displays rather than as separate components for on-site assembly.
LED modules and internal structures were prepared to the same specification, supporting even illumination and a consistent customer-facing result across the complete production run.
PACKING & MULTI-COUNTRY DISTRIBUTION
Every Lightbox Packed and Labelled for the Right Market.
The rollout was managed as a multi-country distribution project rather than one bulk delivery.
After quality control, each of the 150+ lightboxes was individually protected, packed and marked with country-specific identification. The units were then grouped for their assigned destinations and prepared for shipment.
This controlled handover reduced sorting risk and gave the retail agency a clear distribution-ready system.
