CASE STUDY · NATIONAL RETAIL ROLL-OUT
Siemens — 255-Store Retail Roll-Out
16,575+ Retail Elements. One Consistent Brand Standard.
Boran Reklam produced a standardized 65-element retail communication package for each of 255 Siemens stores across Turkey — coordinating multiple materials, printing technologies, finishing processes and quality-control stages within a three-week production schedule.

PROJECT OVERVIEW
A National Campaign Engineered for Repeatable Precision.
In 2026, Boran Reklam delivered a large-scale retail production programme for Siemens, supplying the same carefully standardized communication package to 255 stores across Turkey.
Each location received 65 separate elements. Together, the programme exceeded 16,575 individual pieces, covering window graphics, POP/POS applications, shelving graphics, product communication panels and printed boards.
The volume was exceptional, but scale alone was not the defining challenge. Every piece had to arrive as part of one recognizable Siemens system — regardless of substrate, printing process or store destination.

COORDINATED PRODUCTION
THE REAL MEASURE OF SCALE
The achievement was not simply producing 16,575 pieces. It was making 16,575 pieces perform like one campaign.
That required controlled colour, repeatable finishing, complete store packages and a production workflow designed around consistency — not just output.

THE CHALLENGE
One Siemens Colour Standard Across Multiple Materials.
Neschen Easy Dot, PP, acrylic and other printed materials each respond differently to ink, light and surface texture. A colour value that performs correctly on one substrate cannot simply be assumed to match on another.
Boran Reklam managed colour as a campaign-wide production discipline. The objective was to ensure that graphics manufactured through different technologies still presented the same Siemens brand appearance across all 255 stores.
This shifted the task from a series of separate print jobs into one controlled multi-material system.
65-ELEMENT STORE PACKAGE
Multiple Applications. One Coordinated Retail Language.
The standardized package combined flexible graphics, rigid display components and formed acrylic elements. Every application had its own production requirement while remaining part of the same visual system.
PRODUCTION SOLUTION
The Right Technology for Every Substrate and Application.
The complete retail package was managed in-house. UV and eco-solvent printing were selected according to material behaviour and end use; digital cutting delivered accurate shapes and repeatable dimensions; heat bending formed the required acrylic components.
This integrated setup allowed printing, finishing and quality control to move as one coordinated operation instead of a chain of disconnected suppliers.

QUALITY CONTROL & DISPATCH
Completeness Was as Important as Print Quality.
At this scale, one missing component can make an otherwise complete store package unusable. Quality control therefore covered colour consistency, print quality, dimensions, finishing, material selection and package completeness.
Finished materials were organized for controlled handover to the centralized distribution operation coordinating delivery to individual Siemens stores. Store teams then completed installation at their respective locations.

THE SYSTEM IN STORE
A Consistent Communication Layer Across Every Product Category.
From laundry and refrigeration to cooking and dishwashing, the campaign elements were designed to work with different product zones while preserving one recognizable Siemens retail identity.

THREE-WEEK PRODUCTION ROLL-OUT
A Short Schedule Supported by an Integrated Workflow.
The programme brought together material planning, colour management, UV and eco-solvent printing, digital cutting, acrylic forming, finishing, quality control and package preparation.
The three-week schedule was achieved by treating each stage as part of one production system. Capacity mattered, but coordination protected the quality and completeness of every store package.

PROJECT RESULT
A Repeatable Siemens Retail Standard, Ready for 255 Locations.
The campaign demonstrates Boran Reklam’s ability to manufacture thousands of individual retail elements while controlling the details that make a national roll-out credible: colour, dimensions, finishing, completeness and timing.
For agencies, shopfitting companies and brands managing multi-location campaigns, the project shows the value of a single production partner capable of coordinating different materials and technologies without fragmenting the final brand experience.
