THE PROGRAMME
A Retail Production Programme Running Since 2018.
Since 2018, Boran Reklam has produced in-store campaign graphics for Nike stores across Türkiye through a Netherlands and UK-based agency partner.
The programme currently covers 52 stores nationwide. In 2025 alone, we produced 51 separate campaigns, ranging from standard graphic updates to rollouts involving approximately 25,000 individual printed elements.
Every element has a defined store destination, quantity, material and size. The challenge is not simply volume; it is ensuring that thousands of different pieces reach the correct store in the correct quantity for the same campaign launch.

THE CHALLENGE
When 25,000 Graphics Are Not 25,000 Identical Prints.
A large campaign can contain approximately 25,000 retail elements distributed across 52 stores. Store allocations define exactly which dimensions, materials and quantities belong to each location.
Applications can include PP, magnetic vinyl, Decotex and campaign graphics for existing lightboxes. Different elements move through different printing and finishing equipment before being brought back together according to their final store destination.
A correctly printed graphic sent to the wrong store is still a production error. Allocation control therefore continues from file preparation through packing and dispatch.
BORAN REKLAM’S SOLUTION
A Production System Built Around Campaign and Store Data.
Boran Reklam developed a dedicated workflow for Nike campaigns, connecting allocation data to automated file preparation, colour-controlled production, digital cutting, quality control, store-specific packing and nationwide distribution.
AUTOMATED PRODUCTION WORKFLOW
Production Begins with Allocation Data, Not Just Artwork.
Campaign artwork and store allocation data are processed through a dedicated automation system developed specifically for the Nike workflow.
The system automatically prepares the files required for printing and digital cutting, reducing manual file preparation across thousands of elements with different dimensions and quantities.
Artwork → store allocation → automated production files → printing → cutting → QC → store-specific packing → distribution
COLOUR-CONTROLLED PRODUCTION
Consistent Campaign Colour Across Different Materials and Machines.
Nike campaign graphics are produced across different substrates and printing equipment. Boran Reklam uses Caldera RIP with dedicated ICC media profiles for the relevant machine and substrate combinations.
Colour measurements are taken with a spectrophotometer, and the workflow operates in accordance with G7 colour-control principles. Colour is managed through calibrated devices, media profiles and measurement throughout production rather than only by visual comparison at the end.
RETAIL CAMPAIGN APPLICATIONS
Campaign Graphics Produced for Windows, Lightboxes and In-Store Displays.
The programme covers varied retail formats, from large window presentations and illuminated graphics to freestanding promotional elements and SEG fabric applications. Each item is produced and finished for its specified location and campaign use.
52 STORES, PACKED INDIVIDUALLY
Store-Specific Packing Is Part of Manufacturing.
Every Nike store receives its own campaign package. Graphics are separated according to the allocation list, labelled and packed specifically for their destination.
Barcode and labelling controls manage the relationship between each graphic, its campaign and its final store. This is especially important when a rollout contains thousands of visually similar elements.
Campaign elements are prepared so Nike store teams can carry out the final changeover themselves, without requiring a Boran Reklam crew at every location.
THE RESULT
Not Just Print Volume. Production Control.
The defining number in this programme is not simply 25,000. It is the ability to maintain control of thousands of individual graphics across different materials, machines and store destinations until every package leaves Boran Reklam.
Automated file preparation, colour-managed production, digital finishing, quality control, store-specific fulfilment and nationwide distribution allow the same workflow to be repeated across dozens of Nike campaigns every year.
Typical production lead time is approximately three to four weeks, depending on campaign scope, enabling coordinated campaign launches across the 52-store network.
