BORAN REKLAM / PRINT TECHNOLOGY
swissQprint Nyala 3S UV Printing
High-quality wide-format output for retail graphics, display components and branded environments. Our flatbed UV workflow brings precise detail, vivid colour and production flexibility to suitable rigid and flexible media.
THE TECHNOLOGY
Detail and capacity on a broad-format flatbed.
The swissQprint Nyala is part of Boran Reklam’s digital UV printing setup. UV-curable inks are deposited onto an approved substrate and cured during production, making it possible to print directly on many flat materials and on compatible flexible media.
The original page highlights fine ink droplets, sharp lines and a wide colour gamut. In practice, the finished result is determined by artwork, substrate, ink configuration, print mode and finishing. We select those settings around the viewing distance and intended use.
FROM ARTWORK TO INSTALLATION
A production process built around the application.
Our team reviews the supplied files and dimensions, chooses the print material, prepares colour profiles and confirms finishing. Where a project requires contour cutting, lamination, mounting or assembly, those steps are coordinated with print production.
This is especially useful for retail rollouts: a single campaign may need window graphics, rigid display panels, POS materials and illuminated faces with consistent artwork across different substrates.
ORIGINAL PAGE SPECIFICATIONS
3.2 × 2 m flatbed area.
The original equipment page lists a 320 × 200 cm flatbed area. Actual printable dimensions and material handling depend on the substrate and job setup. Large panels can be planned with joining, trimming or modular installation where needed.
PRINT SETTINGS & THROUGHPUT
Resolution and speed chosen for the job.
The existing page also lists 1080 × 1080 dpi and 200 m² per hour. These are the page’s stated equipment figures, not a guaranteed specification for every project: quality mode, coverage, media, loading and finishing affect practical output and lead time.
WHAT CAN WE PRODUCE?
Retail graphics across several formats.
POP and POS graphics. Product displays, promotional boards, campaign panels and point-of-sale components.
Window dressing. Printed window films and shopfront graphics, specified for the chosen glass and display conditions.
Flat materials. Direct-printed approved boards and panels for displays, signs and interior branding.
ILLUMINATED DISPLAYS
Backlit films and fabric lightboxes.
Backlit film. Graphics developed for illuminated display faces, with print density and viewing conditions considered together.
Fabric lightbox graphics. Compatible textiles can be selected for UV production or another suitable process. We check the textile, frame, light source and finished colour as a system.
Artwork should be assessed with the final material in mind: a print that looks correct on the production table can appear different once illuminated.
01 / PREPRESS
Prepare the artwork.
We check scale, image quality, bleed, cut paths and colour requirements before a job goes to press. For brand programmes, approved references help maintain consistency across repeat runs.
02 / PRODUCTION
Match mode to material.
Substrate compatibility, ink configuration, resolution and speed are selected for the application. Printed components are then inspected, trimmed and finished according to the project specification.
OUR TECHNOLOGY PORTFOLIO
Other production equipment featured on the original page.
UV printing is one part of the workflow. The existing page also presents these printers and finishing systems. We select equipment according to the material, quantity, colour requirement and installation method rather than using one process for every graphic.

PROJECT BRIEF
Tell us what the graphic needs to do.
Share the final dimensions, quantity, material preference, installation location and whether the display will be illuminated. Artwork files, brand colour references and a target date help us assess the print and finishing route.
For multi-location projects, include store lists and packaging requirements. We can then plan repeated graphics and site-specific versions together.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What affects the production method?
Can you print directly on every board? No. Adhesion and appearance depend on the surface; we review substrate compatibility and may recommend another construction.
Will a lightbox graphic use the same settings as a wall panel? Usually not. Backlit viewing changes density and colour, so the print method is chosen around the illuminated result.
Is 200 m²/h the delivery rate? No. The figure comes from the original page; actual job output also includes setup, loading, inspection and finishing.
