Our Mutoh Kona is a roll-fed cutting plotter. It cuts lettering and shapes from compatible films and can contour-cut graphics after they are printed. Its optical registration system reads marks on the printed sheet to align the cutting path with the artwork.
This is one part of our wider workflow: printing, lamination, cutting and installation are planned together to match each material and application. Rigid flat materials are routed to suitable flatbed equipment rather than the roll-fed Kona.

Our broader production setup covers POS images, POP graphics, backlit films, printed fabric lightbox graphics and rigid panels. The Kona contributes where compatible roll-film cutting or printed contour cutting is needed. Fabric lightbox graphics follow a dedicated print and finishing route, while rigid flat materials are cut with suitable flatbed equipment.
