A Retail Production Programme Running Since 2018.<\/h2><\/div>

Since 2018, Boran Reklam has produced in-store campaign graphics for Nike stores across T\u00fcrkiye through a Netherlands and UK-based agency partner.<\/p>\n

The programme currently covers 52 stores nationwide. In 2025 alone, we produced 51 separate campaigns, ranging from standard graphic updates to rollouts involving approximately 25,000 individual printed elements.<\/p>\n

Every element has a defined store destination, quantity, material and size. The challenge is not simply volume; it is ensuring that thousands of different pieces reach the correct store in the correct quantity for the same campaign launch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

When 25,000 Graphics Are Not 25,000 Identical Prints.<\/h2><\/div>

A large campaign can contain approximately 25,000 retail elements distributed across 52 stores. Store allocations define exactly which dimensions, materials and quantities belong to each location.<\/p>\n

Applications can include PP, magnetic vinyl, Decotex and campaign graphics for existing lightboxes. Different elements move through different printing and finishing equipment before being brought back together according to their final store destination.<\/p>\n

A correctly printed graphic sent to the wrong store is still a production error. Allocation control therefore continues from file preparation through packing and dispatch.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Nike campaign graphics are produced across different substrates and printing equipment. Boran Reklam uses Caldera RIP with dedicated ICC media profiles for the relevant machine and substrate combinations.<\/p>\n

Colour measurements are taken with a spectrophotometer, and the workflow operates in accordance with G7 colour-control principles. Every Nike store receives its own campaign package. Graphics are separated according to the allocation list, labelled and packed specifically for their destination.<\/p>\n

Barcode and labelling controls manage the relationship between each graphic, its campaign and its final store. This is especially important when a rollout contains thousands of visually similar elements.<\/p>\n

Campaign elements are prepared so Nike store teams can carry out the final changeover themselves, without requiring a Boran Reklam crew at every location.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
