A rollout across 38 dealerships is not one installation repeated 38 times. Each location has its own dimensions, access conditions, existing interiors and operational requirements.<\/p>\n

For this Honda T\u00fcrkiye project, Boran Reklam manufactured the graphic and display applications centrally and coordinated installation teams across more than 20 cities.<\/p>\n

Production was completed within two weeks, followed by a three-week nationwide installation programme. Throughout the rollout, the dealerships remained operational.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

THE CHALLENGE<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

Coordinating 38 Active Dealerships as One Rollout.<\/h2><\/div>

The scale of the project was primarily a logistics challenge. Materials had to reach the correct dealership in the correct sequence, while every site presented different measurements, access conditions and interior layouts.<\/p>\n

Installation teams also had to work around active customer areas. The programme could not treat the dealerships as empty construction sites or interrupt their daily operations.<\/p>\n

Multiple teams were therefore deployed simultaneously, supported by central production, organised dispatch and location-specific installation planning.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Complete Illuminated Systems Built for Dealership Interiors.<\/h2><\/div>

The illuminated graphics installed throughout the dealerships were manufactured as complete systems by Boran Reklam. We produced the lightbox structures and special aluminium extrusion systems together with the tension-fabric graphics.<\/p>\n

The graphics were UV printed using our SwissQprint production system, then prepared for tensioning into the aluminium frames. This created large illuminated surfaces with controlled fabric tension and an even visual presentation across different interiors.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

More Than Graphics: Complete Vehicle Presentation Environments.<\/h2><\/div>

Several locations required more than wall graphics or illuminated communication panels. Boran Reklam constructed complete presentation environments with raised platforms, stone-finished surfaces, scenic backgrounds, custom aluminium structures and tension-fabric graphics.<\/p>\n

A motorcycle could be presented against a Grand Canyon landscape, while another installation used a racetrack panorama to create a completely different setting.<\/p>\n

The graphic was only one component. Structure, platform, surface treatment and background had to function as one finished display.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

While manufacturing continued at Boran Reklam, installation planning coordinated 38 individual dealerships across more than 20 cities.<\/p>\n

Multiple teams worked simultaneously across T\u00fcrkiye. Materials arrived in location-specific sequences, and installations were carried out around dealerships that continued serving customers.<\/p>\n

The nationwide installation was completed within three weeks, following a two-week production period.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

From custom illuminated graphics to complete vehicle presentation environments, every element had to arrive and perform correctly at 38 different locations across T\u00fcrkiye.<\/p>\n
